Biographical Information

John Serrano is an experienced trial lawyer whose practice includes personal injury, reorganization, bankruptcy, family, municipal, criminal and civil rights problems.

 

Mr. Serrano received his Bachelor’s degree from from the University of California at San Diego, CA. in 1974 and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California Law Center in Los Angeles, CA. in 1977. Admission to the State Bar of Arizona occurred in October, 1977 and to the State Bar of California in 1979.

 

Mr. Serrano has served as legal counsel for the State of Arizona, the City of Los Angeles, City of San Diego, City of Escondido and the Winterhaven Water District.
